Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 5, 2026
Welcome to GeoVault Link! By accessing or using our smart link redirection console, API services, and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our secure redirect shield console.
1. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use GeoVault Link for any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive activities. Strictly prohibited actions include using our smart redirect engine to:
- Distribute malware, spyware, trojans, or launch phishing campaigns
- Mask destination URLs leading to illegal contraband, drug marketplaces, or banned products
- Engage in deceptive click fraud, automated spam scripts, or affiliate loop spamming
- Attempt to bypass client-side UTC timezone gates or brute-force password security layers
Any account or link found in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will be instantly deactivated, clicking telemetry logs will be cleared, and all related IPs blocked.
2. Guest Sandbox Rules
We offer a free guest sandbox permitting quick creation of up to 3 links without an account. Sandbox links are meant for preview and debugging. We reserve the right to prune, expire, or delete guest links at any time without warning to maintain system resources.
3. Service Availability
GeoVault Link is built on Cloudflare Pages and D1 serverless edge technologies. We aim for 99.9% availability of edge redirect gates. However, all features are served "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for click data loss, incorrect geolocation, or business losses caused by routing adjustments.
4. API Restrictions
Direct API integration must not bypass security or session keys. Scripts designed to scrape user credentials, create spam links, or hammer redirect endpoints will result in system-wide firewall blocks.
5. Liability Disclaimer
In no event shall GeoVault Link, its core developers, or sponsors be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the execution or failure of link protection thresholds.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by standard international SaaS regulations. By using the platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of competent courts in the event of any disputes.
